How much does a wedding planner in Cape Town cost?
Our fees depend on the scope of service, guest count and the level of styling involved. Full planning, partial planning and day-of coordination are each quoted separately. After your free consultation we send a written, itemised proposal with no hidden costs.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, 9 to 15 months ahead is ideal, particularly for peak season between October and April. Corporate and private events can often be arranged in 6 to 12 weeks, depending on venue availability.
Can you help us find a venue?
Yes. We shortlist venues across Cape Town, the Winelands and the coast based on your guest count, budget and style, arrange site visits and handle venue contracts on your behalf.
Do you work with our own suppliers?
Absolutely. We can work with suppliers you have already booked, recommend from our network of trusted vendors, or combine the two. Either way, we manage all supplier communication and timings.
What deposit is required to secure our date?
A deposit secures your date once the proposal is accepted, with the balance paid in agreed instalments before the event. Exact terms are set out in your service agreement.
What is your cancellation and postponement policy?
Postponements are handled flexibly and subject to availability. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable portion of the deposit, are clearly set out in your agreement before you sign.
Will you be present on the event day?
Yes. Every planning package includes on-the-day coordination. We arrive for set-up, manage suppliers and the run sheet, and stay until the final handover so you can be fully present.
